Lead Human Resources Partner

**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities_**
1. Foster meaningful partnerships across the organization, cultivating a supportive environment.
4. Plan and coordinate Hiring efforts.
6. Mentor and teach recruiters.
Partner with division leadership to assess workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
7. Demonstrated ownership of processes and procedures related to HR area(s); a thought leader.
8. Monitor performance of programs in assigned discipline(s) and uses data to provide insights about new and existing problems.
9. Support Human Resources training efforts; supervise and mentor other staff as needed.
