Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: The Lead, Indigenous Facilities Design, is responsible for supporting Fraser Health's (FH) commitment to advance cultural safety and cultural humility throughout the organization. The Lead contributes to the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the organization's cultural safety initiatives by supporting the creation of safe, inclusive and respectful facilities. As a member of the Indigenous Health team and the Facility Management team, the Lead guides discussions in support of the organizations strategic priority on cultural safety and humility within key facility projects, and promotes positive dialogue and meaningful inclusion of First Nations, M�tis and Inuit community priorities.
