We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can take charge of residential installations, lead a crew, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation of heat‑pump based residential HVAC installation
- Supervise and mentor junior installers and helpers
- Keep accurate records of all required pre‑inspection and post‑installation paperwork
- Ensure all work complies with Ontario codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on‑site
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
