Job Purpose
Responsible for Procurement & Vendor Management of MEP-Mechanical / LLE Equipment (DG Sets, HVAC, Chiller, PAHU, FWU, CDUs, UPS, Batteries, Fire Suppression System, ELV System like BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Biometric etc.), Service Contracts for Consultants, Feasibility Studies, Contractors etc. for Data center business.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complete PR to PO process including Requirement gathering, RFPs, obtaining offers, Comparative evaluations, Negotiations, Placement of Purchase Orders & Logistics.
- Managing New Vendor developments, Vendor Rationalization, Rate Contracts, Partnership Agreements, Vendor Management etc.
- Cost Effective Procurement within the budgeted cost / targets, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) evaluation.
- Obtain approvals according to Delegation of Authority.
