Brandt Industries is looking for an onsite Order Desk Lead located in Regina, SK. In this role, you will enhance our team’s capability to swiftly support sales activities for the North American dealer network.
As the Order Desk Lead, you'll manage daily operations within the Whole Goods Order Desk. Your responsibilities include overseeing quoting processes, ensuring quality service delivery, and guiding a team of Sales Coordinators. You'll also coordinate with internal departments for cross-functional initiatives and prepare presentations for dealer training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct complex quotation requests and collaborate with Engineering
• Coach Sales Coordinators on daily quoting and sales support
