Drive mountain safety as a Patrol Lead at Sasquatch Mountain Resort this winter season. Mentor patrollers and ensure top guest safety while experiencing the beauty of British Columbia.
In this full-time role, you will support the Patrol Director by running daily operations for the Mountain Safety team. A background in leadership and advanced certifications is required to guide patrollers effectively. This position offers opportunities for skill development and teamwork in a stunning alpine setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations alongside the Patrol Director
• Assign daily tasks for patrollers across the mountain
• Mentor patrollers in skill development and safety practices
• Coordinate emergency responses and communicate with dispatch
• Monitor and maintain safety across terrain conditions
