Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading manufacturing operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications. It plays a key role in coordinating daily production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity objectives, and serving as a link between operations and management.

Responsibilities

• Properly manage the material and human resources in your area to meet customer requirements for quality and quantity, always complying with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
• Fulfill the weekly production schedule according to the required rate for each product.
• Segregate, analyze, recover (if applicable), and report scrap on a daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required manufacturing records.
