IT Quality Tech Lead Analyst The IT Quality Tech Lead Analyst is a mid-level position responsible for hands‑on implementation of AI driven test automation inclusive of CICD and modern techniques in testing. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality delivery of applications through AI driven functional and automation testing.

Responsibilities

Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Experience in AI driven test automation

Takes ownership of tasks assigned and reports to senior management appropriately at regular agreed intervals.

Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks that support efficient test execution and maintenance.

Write , execute and run manual/automated test cases regularly and analyze test results, logging any defects and providing detailed reports.
