Reporting to the Director of Service Growth & Labour Planning, you'll analyze business data to forecast service network needs accurately and communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders, ensuring operational efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to create labor strategy metrics
• Prepare both formal and ad-hoc business reports
• Maintain tools for tracking performance indicators
• Present complex findings in an understandable format
• Work collaboratively to optimize workforce skills
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in Service Operations required
