Overview IT Infrastructure Monitoring & Event Management Lead – ServiceNow Event Management (Senior Technical Support Specialist 1) will be responsible for leading the City’s IT infrastructure monitoring & event management service line, leveraging ServiceNow as the City’s enterprise platform for monitoring & event management.
