Lead Strategic Negotiator III, Data Center Energy

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
• Experience managing utility agreements and energy‑related issues. Experience in financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives.
• Experience with collocation agreements, site selection for industrial projects, real‑estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction.
• Experience negotiating utility contracts, managing energy market dynamics, implementing clean energy initiatives, and financial modeling.
