WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is responsible for assessing, researching, and analyzing business and technical application requirements to support and resolve systems issues within the RBC supported solution. The Lead Application Administrator will support one to many applications and the associated technical environment. An expert knowledge of applications and environments is expected plus the ability to lead technical teams.This role is a working lead provide functional guidance or manage daily activity of a small team. This role partners across Technology & Operations projects and technical teams, business partners and external vendors. Opportunity to work with cutting edge technology teams to help pilot and integrate with RBC networks.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
