Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (On-site - Guadalaja, MX)

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a strong focus on leadership-level hiring. This role combines strategic recruiting leadership with hands‑on execution and will oversee a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners while driving recruiting performance, process excellence, and hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for leadership and difficult-to-fill roles, mentoring recruiting teams, leveraging recruiting technologies and AI‑driven tools, and using data and metrics to guide decisions in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
