In this role, you will supervise the woodroom and log yard teams. Your supervisory experience in manufacturing, combined with skills in OSB production and machinery operation, will help maintain throughput and strand quality. You will be essential in coaching staff, ensuring safety training, and leading operational tasks on down days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety compliance while operating equipment
• Support training and development of team members
• Conduct competency assessments and coaching
• Lead daily operational tasks during downtimes
• Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in an industrial environment
• Good understanding of OSB manufacturing processes
