Leader Of Actuarial Reserves (Mexico)

Purpose Lead the technical, accounting, and strategic management of technical reserves and reinsurance to ensure regulatory compliance (CNSF), financial accuracy, and portfolio sustainability.
Responsibilities Reserving: Oversee calculation, booking, and monitoring of statutory reserves (RRC, SONR, Dividend) and US GAAP reserves (UPR, DAC, IBNR).
Ensure adequacy and compliance with actuarial standards.
Actuarial Function: Lead governance, Board reporting, and continuous improvement of actuarial processes.
Reinsurance: Manage treaties, reporting, and governance; ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CNSF (CUSF), Solvency II, and US GAAP; prepare filings (RR3, RR6).
Financial Analysis: Support Business Plan and forecasts; analyze loss trends, reserve movements, and deviations.
