Allied seeks a Vice President of Property Accounting to lead its dynamic team within the commercial real estate sector. This pivotal role focuses on operational leadership, strategic reporting, and team development.
In this position, you will work under the Chief Financial Officer and drive the property accounting function for urban workspaces nationwide. Your key mission will be to enhance processes, ensure accurate reporting, and develop high-performing teams for optimal operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop a collaborative Property Accounting team
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Analyze key financial metrics like SANOI and FFO
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with FP&A teams
