Lean Coordinator

Responsible to provides leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Design for Lean, VM/DM, A3), that helps maximize and improve the resources we have and is a strategic part of increasing our gross margin through improvements to our site.
**Essential job functions**:- Coordinate and support Corporate Lean Programs & Policies on Site.
- Prepare Lean Deployment across the site, & Events planning, targets based on Business current opportunities through all levels of the Organization.
- Deliver training in the PPI Business System such as lean leadership.
- Must meet all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements applicable to projects and processes developed.
