Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, creative, and impactful in‑person, blended, and online learning experiences to improve individual and organizational performance and development.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate learning and development solutions and delivery methods for modules (in‑class, eLearning, video, virtual‑led training, etc.).
- Engage and guide learners to achieve training objectives focused on specific job tasks or role responsibilities.
- Translate complex problems and processes with examples and in multiple versions of explanation to appeal to various learners.
- Lead and manage a training group in a mature, professional learning environment.
- Evaluate learner application of skills and knowledge through observation and testing results.
- Provide performance coaching and honest, constructive feedback with solutions to learners to achieve performance deliverables.
