Description
Overview The Learning Experience Designer reports to the Design and Facilitation Manager and functions as a key member of the Leadership Development team. The role involves collaborating with various internal partners to build innovative learning solutions that leverage diverse methodologies and reinforce a culture of continuous learning at Citi.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Design and develop engaging and innovative facilitator‑ and self‑led learning experiences in line with adult learning principles for Citi’s global teams. Create scalable learner journeys, modular and diverse content that enables synchronous and asynchronous reflection and learning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to understand organizational trends and learning needs, and influence creative and impactful learning solution design.
