About the role:
Novartis is hiring for a highly organized and results-driven Learning Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives within our U.S. Marketing teams and other cross-functional groups as needed.
This role is critical in building commercial capabilities, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance through effective training programs in a fast-paced, regulated pharmaceutical environment.
