DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. In collaboration with FoA leadership, engages in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring EDII programming to ensure effective student development.

  2. Identifies opportunities to align with TRU’s Strategic Plan, departmental goals, and other TRU initiatives.

  3. Serves as a resource to students on issues and concerns related to diversity and equity through consultation and collaboration. 

  4. Provides clear communication to students, faculty, staff, and others about initiatives and programs. 

  5. Supports the resolution of challenging issues through consultation and collaboration with FoA leadership. 

  6. Develops and manages a database to collect information regarding resources and to coordinate and develop individual cases and referrals.
