Lease Portfolio Manager Whitby

Overview

Midway Nissan, a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a highly organized and customer-driven Leasing Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow our lease portfolio. This role is responsible for managing lease maturities, retaining customers, and maximizing renewal opportunities while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track the dealership’s lease portfolio, including upcoming maturities
• Proactively contact customers to discuss lease-end options (renewal, buyout, upgrade)
• Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to structure competitive lease offers
• Ensure all lease documentation and processes comply with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems
