Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments to potential residents.
• Perform all leasing and resident relations functions at the property.
• Monitor and evaluate metrics, including vacancy, sales, renewals, move‑in, move‑out, and notices.
• Maintain knowledge of the property’s suite types, layouts, common areas, amenities, surrounding neighborhood, and value‑added services.
• Inspect vacant suites weekly to ensure rent‑ready condition.
