The Role

As Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing available suites, conducting property tours, qualifying prospective residents, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. You will thrive in an environment that delivers exceptional customer service, builds positive resident relationships, and contributes to the overall success and reputation of the community through professionalism, responsiveness, and strong sales skills.

The successful candidate will have the skills to convert prospects into residents while minimizing vacancy loss and supporting resident retention initiatives.

Compensation

Leasing Consultants are paid an annual salary + commission.
