What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary support resource for your team, providing guidance and organizational assistance

Produce documents and draft correspondence

Open new client matters and manage related administrative processes

Organize and maintain documents within the document management system

Support billing activities, including docket review

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings

Maintain and update client contact information

Assist with tracking business development activities
