Legal Advisor, LATAM

The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive legal support across all facets of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, labor law, and the management of legal entities in LATAM. The Legal Advisor will ensure that the company adheres to all applicable regulations, mitigates legal risks, and safeguards its interests in every transaction and legal matter.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to ensure they protect the company’s interests.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and keep the company’s internal policies updated accordingly.
