Legal Contract Manager Latam

**JOB DESCRIPTION: REGIONAL LEGAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER (**LATAM)**ASP's International Legal Team is poised for growth and innovation, and we are seeking a Contract Manager LATAM to support our commercial teams in the region.Reporting to the Regional General Counsel, International, this role will help drive improvements in ASP's contract processes and policies, as the Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and processing high volumes of commercial contracts required by ASP's business.This role requires an understanding of a wide range of commercial contracts, and a creative and growth mindset to create growth-oriented contract templates.This role is for you if you are passionate about commercial transactions in our medtech industry.This role will be remote, based in any LATAM countries, with preference for Colombia or Brazil or Mexico.
