Salary range: CAD $55.27/hr – $79.45/hr.

Position Overview

Legal Counsel 2, Corporate Commercial reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Commercial. The role focuses on operational and commercial services agreements, procurement, technology, and research and innovation, supporting time‑sensitive initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and transactional support on corporate commercial matters, including operational and commercial services agreements, procurement, technology, and research and innovation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and related legal documentation on behalf of VCH.
• Advise internal clients on legal risk, regulatory considerations, and contract strategy in a practical and timely manner.
• Support organizational initiatives by working closely with teams across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
