Legal Counsel – Chorus Aviation Inc. (19-month fixed-term)

Chorus is looking for a lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Halifax on a full-time, 19-month fixed-term. Your work will be focused on supporting a wide variety of aviation-related legal work, including:

• supporting our subsidiaries’ important aviation-related work in an open and collaborative setting;
• drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier and customer contracts consistent with industry practice;
• applying legal expertise to everyday aviation challenges in furtherance of subsidiary operations and team goals;
• liaising with our in-house lawyers and corporate paralegal to prepare regulatory filings and responses;
• using your superior eye for detail to spot inconsistencies and errors;
• exercising excellent judgment, time management and organization;
