Legal Counsel - Corporate and Commercial

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 4–6+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join our global legal team at adm‑indicia, a fast‑growing international business.

This is a broad in‑house role offering hands‑on exposure across commercial contracting, corporate matters and global legal projects. You will work closely with colleagues across the UK, US, Europe and Asia, partnering with the business to support growth while managing risk.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and DPAs
• Advise on general corporate and commercial legal matters
• Support disputes and contentious matters with external counsel
• Assist with corporate projects, including M&A
• Draft and maintain internal policies and governance documentation
• Support group insurance programmes and legal budgets
• Improve legal processes, templates and tools
