In this role, you’ll need to be a Canadian Bar member with a minimum of three years' experience in legal counsel. You will provide support for complex contracts and legal advice while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. It is crucial to ensure compliance with corporate governance and assess risks for project approvals.
