You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams and assist in managing legal risks and compliance efforts.

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs and service agreements
• Provide legal guidance on corporate and operational matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance materials
