Legal Counsel (Kamloops)

The Opportunity

The Legal Counsel will specialize in contract management and will support the Legal function by providing day‑to‑day legal assistance across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. The role is well‑suited for a lawyer with approximately two years of post‑call experience who is seeking to build strong in‑house exposure in an agile, multi‑jurisdictional organization. Working with the Legal team, the Legal Counsel will work closely with internal stakeholders to help manage legal risk, support compliance, and enable business operations. This is a newly created role intended to support the continued expansion of our Legal team. The position is initially offered as a one‑year fixed‑term contract and is based at our head office in Vaughan, Ontario.
