Legal Counsel (M&A)

Overview

Our client – a highly-acquisitive software company – is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in M&A; this is a rare, transactional in-house role, but will also include commercial drafting, privacy, and other areas. Responsibilities

• Provide legal support with a focus on M&A activity
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Assist with privacy and related compliance considerations
• Contribute to other areas as needed within the legal team
