This is an exciting opportunity to join the existing legal department of a large, well established company and work as a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel (as applicable) and report directly to their VP, Legal. This Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel will play an integral role within the team and work on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including: commercial agreements, m & a transactions, compliance, IP and data privacy.
