The Corporate Legal Team based at the headquarters in Nanterre is seeking a Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Governance Intern for a 6-month term starting in July .
 
Job Description:
• Analyzing corporate law issues related to the Group’s business activities and current developments in corporate law;
• Assisting with the drafting of corporate documentation for Group companies;
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions (amendments to articles of incorporation, changes in management, etc.) as well as balance sheet transactions and internal restructurings (mergers, cross-border mergers, TUPs, etc.) within Group companies;
