General Function

The Store Manager leads LensCrafters Store , driving operational excellence, customer experience and achieving key performance indicators aligned with the brand story.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching through company programs.
• Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs (NPS, sales to plan, customer count, complete pair, labor, training saturation, exam growth, etc.).
• Attract, hire and develop a highly engaged team to maintain the right people in the right places at the right times.
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs.
