The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a regulated member of the interprofessional health care team who completes comprehensive client assessments, develops and implements client plans/care that addresses both physical and psycho-social care needs. This position monitors on‑going client care and condition to ensure optimum functioning and ensures changes in client status are reported to the Staff Nurse.
