Life & Financial Producer
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our insurance brokerage client to find a first-class Life & Financial Producer to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario (hybrid / remote). The primary responsibility of this role will be to build, grow, and retain a profitable book of life, health, and financial insurance business while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
Prospect, generate, and close new life, health, and financial insurance business Build and manage your own book of business with a strong focus on retention and renewals Recommend tailored coverage solutions based on each client’s needs and goals Deliver a seamless, professional client experience from quote through policy placement Identify cross-sell opportunities across the brokerage’s full product offering You should have the following in your background ...
