Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions
The Lifecycle Specialist will manage employee exits for Remote's external employees, providing legal compliance and client‑focused service. The role includes first‑level employee relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources when needed. The specialist will also support process improvements aligned with Remote’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end‑to‑end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience for clients and employees.
- Provide guidance and manage client requests on HR matters such as termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while maintaining legal compliance.
