Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for mining bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region, addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, quality, and value chain teams. Ensure all customer communications are clearly documented.
- Answer inbound customer service inquiries, provide health analysis or troubleshooting, and redirect as appropriate.
- Identify issues and determine appropriate courses of action for effective resolution.
- Process results from the analysis of technical data.
- Understand product or component health or status; determine if action is needed and outline required next steps.
- Support quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
