Innovative CEO driving construction technology advancements | Gardon Construction | G.I.R.D Innovation Research Development Gardon Construction is seeking an experienced Light Commercial Site Supervisor to lead small-to-medium commercial projects while supporting our transition into advanced construction methods, including additive construction and 3D concrete printing.
This role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and requires strong leadership, coordination, and accountability across multiple active sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate light commercial construction projects (typically $500K–$5M).
Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety.
Manage daily site operations including trade sequencing, short‑interval planning, and look‑ahead schedules.
