Lighting Specialist

We are looking for a Lighting Specialist to lead and actively contribute to daily lighting operations across multiple studio environments, reporting directly to the Head of Lighting. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of setups, operational efficiency, and proper control of lighting equipment and inventory, while supervising Lighting Technicians and supporting hands‑on technical tasks as required. The ideal candidate is a responsible, technically skilled, and motivated professional with a strong passion for lighting in audiovisual, film, and television environments.
