We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to fill the role of Bilingual Field Sales Manager - Quebec . Reporting to the Director, National Field Sales, the Field Sales Manager will effectively represent Lindt & Sprüngli to the Area Merchandise Manager, Territory Managers and General Trade in a professional manner that promotes the aggressive growth and development of Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Ricola products within the mandate of the Lindt & Sprüngli sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales objectives through effectively managing the deployment of Territory Managers while respecting the Key Accounts and Regional plan.
2. Professional management of company equipment and materials.
3. Respect brand equity and the policies and procedures of the company.
4. Responsible for store level initiatives with the Selling Banners.
