We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Live-In Grounds & Maintenance Caretaker to oversee the
year-round care and upkeep of a private residential estate with private equestrian facilities. This
is a long-term opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining property,
equipment, and systems to a high standard.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Facilities Manager and Property Owners,
working collaboratively to ensure the property is maintained to a high operational and aesthetic
standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Snow removal and seasonal grounds maintenance
- Lawn care, field mowing, and arena harrowing
- General repairs and preventative maintenance of buildings and infrastructure
- Operation and maintenance of skid steer, mowers, and related equipment
