General Job Description
Helps negotiate Union contracts and/or work with HR management to ensure company is within local requirements and able to obtain satisfactory agreements for all parties.
Helps to deter unionization in countries where applicable through effective employee relations skills and assist line management in the maintenance of effective lines of communication.
Ensures delivery of compensation and benefit programs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assists management in recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt employees and in the administration of Human Resources paperwork.
Ensures that Human Resources administration policies, programs, and procedures for compensation, benefits, and organization planning are communicated and administered.
