Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing.
• Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
