**Overview**:The Global Lending Operations (GLO) Reconciliation Governance and Controls Sr.Manager role will bring extensive experience in performing analysis of data and understanding of the source causing reconciliation breaks while providing oversight from a control point of view.This role requires a deep understanding of operational flows for commercial lending products and excellent communication skills, which are required to identify themes causing reconciliation breaks across various loan processing groups within GLO.
