Job Description

The Lobby Ambassador is the first and last point of contact for guests entering the hotel lobby. The role creates exceptional first impressions by warmly welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. The Ambassador serves as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, delivering personalized service in alignment with the hotel’s luxury hospitality standards.

Starting Rate: $19.18 per hour. Rates increase after six months, and at three years the pay rate would be $24.65. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. This position is not eligible for staff accommodations.
