Description

Civeo Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Lodge Manager for its facilities located in northern Alberta. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations. This position will be on a rotation basis 15 days on / 13 days off as required by the business. 
Key Responsibilities
Achieve profit targets.
Create sales strategies and targets.
Participate in monthly forecasting. 
Record and monitor contractual KPIs. 
Maintain quality assurance and control of all lodge operations. 
Ensure productivity goals are met.
Establish performance standards and expectations.
Oversee the recruitment, mentorship and development of direct reports. 
Develop and maintain superior customer relations.
Respond to issues in a timely and professional manner. 
Ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial licensing laws, health and safety and...
